The Board of Directors is elected in June of each year. The Board can have three to 10 members.

Dick Briggs, President
- U.S. Marine 1966 - 1968, Viet Nam veteran
- 15+ years (current) Commissioner - Zoning Board of Appeals, City of Bloomington, Illinois
- B.S. ('71), M.S. ('73) and post graduate work at Illinois State University
- Certified in multiple areas of Special Education and educational administration, teacher/administrator 1971-1979
- Retired after 31 years (28 years in Information Technology) from a Fortune 25 company in the area of insurance and finance

Pearl Givens-Smith, Vice President
- B.S. ('90) at Louisiana State University
- A.S. ('73) at CA Alameda College
- 15+ years - education volunteer
- CTM - (Competent Toastmaster) 20 years
- Currently employed for 34 years in Information Technology at a Fortune 25 company in the area of insurance and finance
Craig King, Secretary
- B.S. ('68) at Illinois State University (double major - math and education)
- 25+ years activity in local professional and volunteer organizations, including officer positions in local AITO chapter and school's Music Parent group
- Education volunteer as a reading tutor
- Retired after 30+ years in Information Technology from a Fortune 25 company in the area of insurance and finance
Jennifer Emier, Treasurer
- Working on degree in Finance
- Prepared financial statements for multiple Not for Profit organizations spanning 15+ years
- Involved in child's school programs
